Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for general use, scent preferences, or change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged (including melting due to heat during shipping), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@mbodicandles.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including improper storage (such as leaving candles in heat or direct sunlight).
