Stepping into the In a Pickle Festival in Rosenberg is a sensory overload in the best, briniest way possible. Picture yourself weaving through a sea of green-clad fans at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds where the air is thick with the scent of dill and the sound of live music. You’re likely juggling a slice of pickle pizza in one hand and a pickle-infused snow cone in the other, pausing only to cheer on a pup in the Pickled Pet Parade. Most importantly, I’ll have a special surprise waiting at my booth: a limited-edition candle I’ve dubbed the “Backyard Brine” because it’s a scent so perfectly puckered it’ll give you a real dill of a time!
